摘要: 目的 综述我国药用真菌种质资源保护利用现状,推动药用真菌高质量发展。方法 对我国药用真菌资源分布、种质资源库建设及种质资源保存、种质创新利用等方面进行论述,依据发展现状和远景定位,指出现阶段我国药用真菌资源发展存在的问题,并提出针对性发展建议。结果 我国药用真菌资源丰富,分布广泛,但尚有95.1%的真菌种类有待发现、研究和开发利用;药用真菌种质资源的收集与保藏尚不全面,未形成规模化、系统化的保藏中心和管理平台,制约了菌物药产业的发展;药用真菌良种和新品种选育进程较缓慢。结论 药用真菌资源作为我国独特的优势资源,其资源开发与利用仍有很长的路要探索。加大药用真菌种质资源的收集与保护力度、开展物质基础研究和功效评价研究、建立国家药用真菌产业技术体系、加快药用真菌良种和新品种选育等一系列工作迫在眉睫。
