91例骨肽和复方骨肽注射剂不良反应病例分析

摘要： 目的 分析某地区骨肽和复方骨肽注射剂药品不良反应（adverse drug reaction, ADR）的发生情况,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,对某地区2005年1月1日至2019年10月31日收集到的91例骨肽和复方骨肽注射剂ADR病例报告进行综合分析。结果 男性（62.64%）略高于女性（37.36%）;ADR可发生于各种年龄;超过一半的病例报告涉及稀释溶媒为葡萄糖注射液（52.75%）;多数ADR发生在用药后30 min内（42.86%）;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主;给予停药或相应处理后,绝大多数患者（98.90%）能得到好转或痊愈。结论 临床应用骨肽和复方骨肽注射剂时应严格遵照说明书要求,密切观察30 min内患者的情况,尽量减少ADR的发生。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) caused by osteopeptide and compound osteopeptide injection in an area so as to provide reference for safe and rational use of drugs. Methods The 91 cases of adverse drug reactions associated with osteopeptide and compound osteopeptide injection collected between January 1, 2005 and October 31, 2019 in an area were analyzed retrospectively. Results Male patients outnumbered female ones (62.64% vs 37.36%). ADRs occurred regardless of age. More than half of the 91case reports involved glucose injection that was used as a solvent (52.75%). Most of the serious adverse events occurred within 30 minutes of medication (42.86%). Skin and appendage damage was the dominant clinical manifestation. Most of the patients were cured after treatment. Conclusion Osteopeptide and compound osteopeptide injection should be used in line with instructions. The conditions of patients should be closely observed within 30 minutes of medication in order to minimize adverse drug reactions.
